Javiera offers psychological therapy in Spanish and English, in person in Limerick and online.

Javiera is a qualified psychologist and psychotherapist, trained in Chile, with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Intervention. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional difficulties, relationship challenges and life transitions, supporting them to better understand their experiences and develop greater emotional resilience.

Her approach is integrative and client-centred, informed by evidence-based psychological practice and adapted to each person’s needs and goals. She combines psychological interventions with mindfulness, meditation and emotional awareness when appropriate, helping clients develop emotional regulation and practical tools for meaningful change.

Javiera values multicultural perspectives and the different backgrounds, identities and life experiences that each person brings to therapy. She aims to create a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and supported.
