Privacy notice

This notice explains how Metamorphosis Mental Health uses and protects information submitted through this website.

Who we are

Metamorphosis Mental Health is a psychology clinic in Limerick, Ireland. For questions about this notice or personal information we hold, contact info@metamorphosis.ie.

Information collected through the enquiry form

When you contact us through the website, we collect the name, email address, enquiry type and message that you choose to provide. Please do not include detailed clinical, medical or emergency information in the website form.

Why we use this information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the nature of the support requested, discuss availability and take reasonable steps before entering into or providing a service. We do not use website enquiries for advertising.

How enquiries are handled

The website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes and stores form submissions on our behalf so that they can be delivered to and reviewed by the clinic. Notifications are sent to the clinic mailbox at info@metamorphosis.ie. Access is limited to authorised members of the Metamorphosis team.

Retention

Website enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond, arrange services, maintain appropriate records or meet legal and professional obligations. Submissions that do not lead to an ongoing service are normally removed from the website form system within 12 months.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, manage form submissions and provide clinic email. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in their data-processing terms.

Your data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Security and emergencies

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but a website form is not suitable for emergencies or highly sensitive clinical disclosures. If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services on 112 or 999.

This notice may be updated when our services or providers change. Last updated: 15 July 2026.
